May One Monthly Goal

This month I'd like to work on a new project, the finger lakes log cabin quilt from Judy Martin's Log Cabin Book. I really like how the snake river log cabin quilt turned out and so I'm eager to try another. This is my plan.
I've already spent about three days cutting it out and I still haven't finished, but I am getting pretty close to having all the pieces ready to get started.
Thanks to Patty at Elm Street Quilts for hosting the OMG link party.

  1. What a beautiful layout for log cabin blocks, they look fabulous! Good luck with the strips and piecing, it's going to be a gorgeous quilt.

    1. They're 1.5" wide, but some of the pieces are pretty small.

  3. This is an amazing quilt! You say it's log cabins, but I don't see them; they must be really tiny!
